Celebrate the most wonderful time of the year as Broadbeach Mall transforms into a magical gingerbread village, filled with festive cheer and free family fun.
Nestled next to The Oasis Shopping Centre, the interactive village will be bursting with adventures that will delight little elves and grown-ups alike.
Daytime festive fun – 10:00am to 3:00pm daily
- Workshops – decorate gingerbread cookies, try Christmas crafts, and enjoy enchanting storytime theatre. Bookings are required for each one-hour session, which includes all activities. These sessions are currently booked out, however, where there are “no shows”, walk ins will be accepted. So you can try your luck at the entry point at the start of each hourly session.
- The Oasis Treasure Hunt – Free and available for all to participate in, no bookings required! Pick up your treasure map from Gingerbread Village staff and follow the clues to uncover festive surprises around The Oasis. Claim your prize at the end too!
- Santa’s Post Office – bring your Christmas wish list and send it straight to the North Pole.
Christmas nights in the village – 5:00pm to 8:00pm daily
Santa and his merry elves will be ready to meet you in the Gingerbread Village. Snap your own free Santa selfie and share your Christmas wish list at Santa’s Post Office. No bookings required.
Movies Under the Stars, Kurrawa Park – Friday 19 December, 7:00pm to 8:30pm
Settle in under the stars for a special screening of Arthur Christmas. Pack your picnic rug and enjoy this free family movie night by the beach. No bookings required.
