Hawkesbury Avenue Park at Pacific Pines is a small but fun neighbourhood playground. The ocean themed playground sits towards the top of a slight rise, with a natural amphitheatre overlooking the sports oval. At the very top of the hill there is a small picnic shelter with BBQ. The playground equipment is simple: a boat for climbing and sliding down, a double seesaw and a basket swing, all set on a sand base. There is ample room for running around to kick a ball or throw a frisbee, and the circular path is popular for scooters and bikes.
