    Eagle Tree Park, Foreshore Coomera

    Eagle Tree Park at Foreshore Coomera is one of the newest on the Northern Gold Coast, jam packed with areas for imaginative play and sensory play, as well as more traditional play equipment. It comfortably caters for all ages, toddlers through to teenagers, and provides a range of experiences for all ability levels.

    The Historic Rivermill

    One of our favourite Gold Coast adventures is a visit to the Historic Rivermill! Nestled in the picturesque Mt Nathan Shire, it’s only 10 minutes inland from Nerang and a VERY popular spot with families. The Rivermill is part café, part animal farm and part museum (a small one), meaning it’s a great way to spend a few hours and occupy a variety of age groups.

Being only 40 minutes from the northern Gold Coast where we live, we decided to head there one Sunday mainly to check out a café I had heard plenty about, but also to take in the beautiful scenery and rediscover this little corner of the Coast.
