    Bob Huth Park, Ashmore

    The dinosaur that sat atop Holly Brooke Carter playground at Bob Huth Park in Ashmore has long been an institution. Watching out over everyone who drove past, kids loved to spot it! The playground was finally updated in mid-2022, and much to everyone's delight, the dinosaur remains to entertain kids for another generation! The new playground is designed to cater for a range of ages, with both a big and small play structure now in place.

    Broadwater Parklands North, Southport

    The brand new playground at Broadwater Parklands has opened, and boy was it worth the wait! I'm calling it early and declaring that this is my new favourite park on the entire Gold Coast. Everything about this epitomises a family day out on the Gold Coast! Gorgeous views over the broadwater, a calm swimming spot for the kids, shady picnic spots and an EPIC playground that has some of the most amazing pieces that I haven't seen before at any of our parks.

    Rotary Park at Mudgeeraba is only small, but it's in the centre of everything so very popular for families! Fitting with its historic location, the playground is designed to resemble a steam train Carriages with wheels are all linked together, and you'll find steering wheels and a steam engine chimney too! My 3yo loved all the bridges, tunnels and staircases linking everything together, as well as the pretend train tracks running through the middle.
