So what are you waiting for - get those old clothes out, pack the towels and head on over to one of these great Messy Play options!
Quota Park Biggera Waters
Quota Park in Biggera Waters is a fabulous nautical themed playground with plenty of imaginative play elements. Catering for a variety of ages, there is so much to do at this playground! It's a also a great spot for a family walk or bike ride, doing a loop between Quota Park and Harley Park!
Winter bucket list for Gold Coast families
Winter on the Gold Coast doesn't mean that the fun stops. With such a fleeting moment of winter, why not make the most of the cold weather and make your way through this mini-bucket list! There are so many great things on across the coast, pull out your winter woollies and get out there!
Rainy day activities for Gold Coast Kids
Rainy days are usually few and far between on the Gold Coast, so when the rain does set in, we’re often scrambling for indoor activities for kids to keep occupied. I’ve rounded up some of the best spots on the Gold Coast to eat, activities to do and things to see that are indoors, family and kid friendly, and out of the rain!
Pimpama Sports Hub, Pimpama
The Pimpama Sports Hub is home to the northern Gold Coast's state-of-the-art aquatic centre with Olympic-standard 50m swimming pool, netball and tennis facilities and heaps of other recreational and sporting options. Built on a 14-hectare site, it has a large outdoor events space for things like Carols by Candlelight and outdoor movies, and also a community centre. The cherry on the top is the children's playground and walking trails, making this an inviting hub for families to visit any day of the week.
