Allowing kids to get messy is extremely important for their development. It provides them with an exciting tactile and sensory experience that inspires their curiosity, allows them to explore the world around them and enhances their learning, language and creativity. For many parents though, dealing with the clean up of messy play is enough to make them hesitate! That’s where Messy Play sessions are filling the gap and creating a safe space for our kids to get messy, but without the need for parents to clean up.
Here on the Gold Coast, we’re lucky to have a number of different options available to us for our kids to join in on messy play. At any of the providers listed below, each week you’ll find new themes and tray set ups, each carefully thought out and designed to excite and engage all of your children’s senses. So what are you waiting for – get those old clothes out, pack the towels and head on over to one of these great Messy Play on the Gold Coast options!
