The Boathouse Tavern at Coomera is family friendly dining in a tropical setting! Surrounded by beautiful water features, fire torches and cabana huts, it’s the perfect place for a meal with the family. The kids will love the jumping castle and the games room!
The Boathouse Tavern might have had a reputation in the past for being not-so-family-friendly, but I can assure you that our dining experience in the bistro was fabulous! We had a table in the outdoor area, overlooking the water features and close by the jumping castle and games room. The kids loved being able to run off and play while we waited for our meals. It’s a really nice atmosphere to dine in, and you’d never know you were only metres from the M1!
During school holidays and occasionally on weekends keep your eyes peeled for family friendly entertainment too. We went along for lunch on a day that a free magic show was on and it was a great extra to have on offer.
Be sure to book your table to guarantee your preferred spot. If it’s hot or raining, the inside tables are all really lovely too!
