Runaway Bay Sports Precinct – East playground and bike park
You'll find this shady bike park with playground tucked in beside the Runaway Bay Library and Community Centre. Here the kids can ride around a large, flat, concrete bike path with learn to ride features, have a go on the small skate bowl, and stop by a fun playground too!

Burleigh Op Shop & Coffee Kiosk
The Burleigh Op Shop is a great little spot to stop for a coffee and catch up with friends. While there are no bells and whistles here, you can get a great coffee, the playground is fenced, and it's a nice shady spot to sit and chat while the kids play!

Tallowwood Park, Upper Coomera
What a great park Tallowwood Park is for the little kids! With a large open green space dotted with shady trees, a beautiful lake with ducks, a small but adrenalin-packed bike track and a fenced playground - there really isn't more that you could ask for here!

Codrington Park, Pacific Pines
Aimed at older kids (although catering for toddlers too), this playground is designed for climbing, with nets, bridges, posts and walls that will keep the ninja warriors occupied. Don't miss the flying fox too! Little ones can explore the pirate ship, bridges and sand play fort.

EMF Jnr play centre, Nerang
EMF Jnr is the first of its kind on the Gold Coast, encompassing kids specific training rooms, a creche, party room and the most EPIC play centre on the Gold Coast. Divided into 5 different zones - toddler play, trampolines, jumping castle, kids play and ninja warrior course, there is something for everyone here!

Parklake Park, Maudsland
Parklake Park at Maudsland can't be seen from the street, and so many people are surprised once they make their way down to it at how big the playground is! This playground caters well to kids of all ages, with two separate play structures and lots much more to discover. Set under lots of shady trees, plus a few shade cloth structures, you'll find a mega slide, toddler playground, flying fox, swings, huge sandpit and lots of imaginative play elements.
